Purpose and Legitimization: To contact the subscriber to send commercial information about products/services offered by companies in the Movviendo group for promotional purposes or to establish collaboration agreements with any company in the Movviendo group for the promotion of these products/services. By providing personal data through this form, the subscriber consents to the use of their data for this purpose.

Recipients: Third parties and other companies in the Movviendo group that have access to the personal data to send such commercial information.

Rights and possibility to claim: The subscriber may revoke their consent at any time and exercise the rights of opposition, access, portability, rectification, limitation, and deletion of data, as well as object to being subject to automated decisions, by sending a written communication toMovviendo Tourism Group, S.L. at the addresses previously indicated. The subscriber may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency regarding the response received when exercising their rights.

Retention: Personal data will be processed as long as the relationship between the parties is maintained. After this, Movviendo Tourism Group, S.L. will keep the data, properly blocked, for submission to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, or the Public Prosecutor’s Office during the limitation period of actions that could arise from the relationship with the subscriber and/or the legally established retention periods.

After this, the physical deletion of their data will take place once these periods have passed.
